Wes Youngberg, DrPH, MPH, CNS, FACLM

Wes, a lifestyle medicine specialist and clinical nutritionist in Southern California, is a founding director and first fellow of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. He has served as assistant clinical professor at Loma Linda University’s Schools of Medicine and Public Health, and spent 14 years as a medical missionary in Guam directing the Lifestyle Medicine Clinic. An international speaker and author of Goodbye Diabetes and Memory Makeover, his past decade has focused on preventing Alzheimer’s and reversing cognitive decline.

Randy Bivens,
MD

Randy has always been passionate about lifestyle medicine and helping people find lasting healing. He is trained in Internal Medicine and Diagnostic Radiology and has served as C-level administrator for several world-renown organizations, businesses, and non-profits.

Annette Thurmon,
RN, BSN, CCRN

Annette is a passionate advocate for wellness, simple living, and intentionality. A registered nurse for over 20 years, she draws on her deep healthcare experience to promote a holistic lifestyle rooted in simple living. As the author of Simple Country Living, Annette shares practical guidance on organic gardening, homesteading, and cultivating wholeness at home. Through her writing, speaking, and online platform, Annette inspires others to live a life of purpose, peace, and well-being.

Laurenz is a passionate Family Medicine resident, originally from Europe, who has embraced and promoted the Blue Zone lifestyle for as long as he can remember. His love for exploring new cultures, traveling, and savoring plant-based cuisine reflects his holistic approach to health and wellness. He has assisted in running lifestyle programs in Switzerland, Spain, and several local communities, inspiring others to achieve healthier, more vibrant lives.
