Welcome to Fiori Health (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, ticket purchases, and participation in our events (the “Services”). By purchasing a ticket or attending our event, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase tickets or attend our events, unless otherwise stated.
  • By purchasing, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Ticket Purchases

  • All tickets must be purchased through our official website or authorized partners.
  • Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and location listed.
  • Ticket holders may be required to present valid government-issued identification at check-in.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
  • We reserve the right to change ticket pricing at any time.
  • Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card details.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Transfers

  • Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated at purchase, all ticket sales are final and non-refundable
  • Individual Consideration: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you are unable to attend due to a valid, unexpected event, you may contact us by phone or email with the contact listed below within 30 days of the scheduled event date. On a case-by-case basis, we may, at our sole discretion, grant a partial or full refund, or offer credit toward a future event. Please note that such consideration is not guaranteed.
  • Event Cancellation: If we cancel the event, you will receive a full refund of your ticket purchase price.
  • Rescheduling: If the event is postponed, your ticket will automatically be valid for the new date. If you cannot attend, you may request a refund within 30 days of the reschedule announcement.
  • Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another individual by contacting us at contact@fiori.health no later than 1 day before the event.

5. Event Participation & Conduct

  • Attendees must conduct themselves respectfully and follow all venue and event rules.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals engaging in disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior without refund.
  • Recording, photography, or live-streaming may be restricted depending on the event.

6. Health, Safety & Liability Waiver

  • Our events are educational in nature. They do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your personal physician regarding your health or medical conditions.
  • From time to time, licensed physicians or other health professionals may be present at the event and may offer personal consultations or health-related guidance. Any such interactions are solely between you and the practitioner. These practitioners are independently licensed and practice under their own professional responsibility. Fiori Health does not supervise, endorse, or assume liability for any medical or health advice provided by individual practitioners.
  • By attending, you acknowledge and voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation, including travel to/from the venue, onsite activities, and interactions with other attendees or practitioners.
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Fiori Health, its organizers, staff, partners, and affiliates from any liability for injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from your attendance.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All event materials, presentations, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit event content without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy https://fiori.health/privacy-policy/. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

9. Photography & Media Release

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded, and you grant us the right to use such media for marketing, promotional, and educational purposes without compensation.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, labor disputes, or venue availability.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees that the event will meet your expectations or that all scheduled speakers, activities, or sessions will occur as planned. Substitutions may be made without prior notice.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost opportunities, business, or profits.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of the United States of America/California, unless otherwise required by law.

14. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on our website with the updated effective date. Continued use of our Services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
